The HR people analytics certificate program at University of Maryland Global Campus is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of human resource functions—such as resource planning; recruitment, selection, placement, and orientation of employees; training and career development; labor relations; performance appraisal and rewards programs; and development of personnel policies and procedures—in private- and public-sector settings.

The program provides a data-driven approach toward human resource management that involves collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR data.
