The UMGC office is located in the Wiesbaden Education Center in the basement of building 1023 east, room 12.
To find our location, please take Autobahn 67 (A67) until the "Russelsheimer Dreieck" junction. At this junction, take Autobahn 60 (A60) toward Bingen, Mainz, and Wiesbaden. At the next Autobahn junction, the Mainspitz Dreieck, take the exit ramp for Autobahn 671 (A671), toward Wiesbaden. From A671, exit onto the German Federal Highway B-455 toward Wiesbaden-Erbenheim. At the end of the exit, merge right onto Highway B-455 and continue straight. You will soon see a sign for "U.S. Army Airfield". Take the next immediate exit off the B-455 to the right. From the exit, turn right and you will merge onto the main road leading to the Lucius D. Clay Kaserne. Continue straight through the traffic lights; the road will become multi-laned at the guard checkpoint. Once you pass through the guard you will need to get in the left hand lane and come through the traffic arm (if the arm is lowered make sure to stop at the white line to activate it). Take the first exit at traffic circle. You will follow the priority road heading toward the flag poles and take a left turn immediately after the Community Bank which will be located on your left hand side. Park anywhere that is available. The Wiesbaden Education Center is located in the basement of the building on the far left of the parking lot, building 1023E. On the right side of the building there is a ramp leading down into the basement.

How to Register
CLEP registration is a two-part process:
- Create an account, register for an exam, and receive a voucher registration ticket with CLEP College Board. Candidates must bring the corresponding CLEP registration ticket on the day of testing.
Note: Active duty/reserve military members only will check a box that states they are eligible for DANTES-funded exams during the registration process.
By selecting this and providing the necessary information, the exam total will be $0.00 when you confirm the order at the end of the registration process. If eligible DANTES-funded exam candidates do not select this box during the registration process, it will associate a fee with the exam. - Schedule an appointment by calling or emailing your local NTC or through the NTC reservation system.

How to Register
- Go to Pearson VUE military communities.
- Select Schedule an exam at a military test center under military communities on the right-hand side.
- Select the exam you wish to take from the list of choices provided.
- Register and create an account.
- To schedule an exam with a DoD site, select the button MILITARY COMMUNITY looking for on-base test centers, please click here.
- In the State/Province box provided, select Armed Forces, Europe & Other from the drop-down menu, click search, and select your desired DoD location to schedule an exam.
